Conformance target
This site is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. For a staffing firm this is not only a website question: an inaccessible application form is arguably a barrier to applying under ADA Title I.
What that means in practice
- Every form field has a real, visible label above it, and both required and optional fields are marked.
- Errors are described in text, not by color alone, and your input is never cleared.
- The resume drop zone works by click and by keyboard, not by dragging only.
- Every control is at least 24×24 CSS pixels, and 44×44 on touch.
- The sticky header does not cover a focused form field.
- Nothing animates for users who have asked their system for reduced motion, and no motion on the site loops or repeats — every animation is a single, brief entrance.
- No CAPTCHA anywhere.
- No account is required to submit anything.
Known issues
List real, outstanding issues with a target fix date. A statement that claims full conformance with no known issues is rarely true and reads as boilerplate. Run the Section L acceptance tests, plus a screen-reader pass on both intake forms, before writing this section.
