How long we keep your information
We respect the trust you place in us when you share your information. We keep your information only for as long as it’s helpful in supporting your career opportunities, staying connected with you, and meeting our legal and business responsibilities. When we no longer have a reason to keep it, we may securely delete or anonymize it.
Sale and sharing
Can’t Miss Talent does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because no sale or sharing occurs, no opt-out link is required — there is nothing to opt out of.
Full policy
The rest of this notice is below, and the general site policy is at Website Privacy Policy.
What we never ask for
- Your salary history. We ask only what you are targeting.
- Date of birth or graduation year.
- A photograph.
- Marital or family status.
- Any disability or health information, at any pre-offer stage.
- Criminal history.
The FCRA background-check disclosure is a standalone document required to be in a stand-alone format. It is never part of an application and does not appear anywhere in this funnel.
Automated decision-making
No automated system ranks, scores, screens, or rejects candidates. Technology is used for research, sourcing, and administrative tasks only; every résumé is reviewed by a person, and every recommendation is made by a person.
EEO self-identification
Any invitation to self-identify as to race, gender, veteran status or disability is voluntary, is presented on a separate screen after your application, carries a decline option on every question, and plays no part in any decision. This data is Sensitive PI and is stored separately from your candidate profile.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your information, to stop contacting you, or to delete your profile entirely, at any time, at anna@cantmisstalent.com. Asking us to delete it does not affect any role you are already in process for unless you tell us to withdraw you.
